Hoxton Fat is a drop-in replacement for traditional or plant-based fats for the food manufacturing and culinary industries. Nutritious, affordable, sovereign and scalable: to satisfy consumers long into the future.

Hoxton Fat begins with stem cells from pigs - the natural precursor to traditional pork fat. We feed the cells a special blend of plant-based nutrients. After less than two weeks in our proprietary cultivators, the cells grow and mature into real, juicy fat, customised using AI for taste, nutrition and performance.
