Our customers combine juicy Hoxton Fat with their plant proteins to create incredible “hybrid” meat alternatives, indistinguishable from traditional cuts of meat.

Hoxton Fat begins with a few stem cells from a pig – the natural precursor to traditional pork fat. We encourage the stem cells to grow outside the body by feeding them a special blend of sustainable plant-based nutrients so that they multiply, grow and mature into juicy fat.

We’re scaling up the process in central London with our unique modular cultivators: the perfect way to grow fat cells at high volume with low-cost infrastructure. We collect and wash the fat cells and they’re ready to eat.
