Today we have made our AI image analysis models, BrightQuant and LipiQuant, freely available to labs and companies worldwide. These models are an essential part of our scalable tech stack for stem-cell manufacturing. We’re sharing them with the world to foster collaboration and boost the biomanufacturing revolution.

Trained on proprietary data from more than 200,000 experiments over five years, our AI tools accelerate cell-line development and process optimisation for large-scale production. BrightQuant offers high-throughput readouts of cell growth, while LipiQuant characterises lipid production at single-cell resolution to help improve process efficiency.

Hoxton Farms is driving the next industrial revolution using the most advanced technology that exists: biology. We produce high-value products using stem cells – all powered by the world’s fastest, most radically scalable biomanfuacturing stack that blends cell biology, modular hardware and AI.

AI tools allow us to customise the taste and nutrition of Hoxton Fat and supercharge its production at commercial scales.

Now, in collaboration with partners from The Rockefeller University, the University of Cambridge and TU Delft, we’ve demonstrated the exceptional speed and accuracy of BrightQuant and LipiQuant in a wide range of cell types relevant to human disease modelling and drug development.
